Parent Update

Good morning,

For those children working at home (remote learning), Castle Hill staff are busy today out and about collecting in children’s paper work packs (week 3&4) and exercise books to be marked by their class teacher.

Additionally, a new 2 week work pack (week 5&6), books and other resources will be delivered today. This work will be begin on Monday 8th February and then the first week after half term Monday 22nd February.

Thank you once again to all the families who are accessing Microsoft Teams online lessons and completing the work at home. Government guidance states that in KS2 (Year 3-6) children should be learning for about 4 hours a day and KS1 (Year 1&2) children should be learning for 3 hours a day. This learning is a mixture of both online lessons and the activities set by the teacher daily.

As always, if you have any questions or need any further support please contact the school office or your child's class teacher via the class email system.

We greatly appreciate all your hard work.
